Event Logic, the leading digital platform for managing meetings, events and conferences, has signed an agreement with Scania. The partnership is a continuation of Scania’s award-winning work on modernising its travel programme, and now focuses on bringing the same level of transparency, control and user experience to the management of meetings, events and conferences booked with external venues and suppliers — complementing the meeting capacity Scania already has in-house.

After completing a comprehensive overhaul of its travel programme, recognised with one of the industry’s most respected awards, Scania is now taking the next step and introducing similar improvements for meetings, events and conferences sourced externally. As part of this work, Event Logic is being implemented. Through the platform, Scania is broadening its supplier catalogue, simplifying the booking process for meeting planners and gaining access to data that makes it possible to understand needs, patterns and usage over time — a basis for continuously improving how this type of meeting is planned and delivered.
