Booking meetings, events and conferences is no small task. It requires structure, the ability to compare different options, and an eye for detail that makes everything come together seamlessly.
“Every day, we see how our users save time and money by using Event Logic. With the Booker of the Year Award, we want to highlight those who go above and beyond – who not only optimize their own workflow but also set a benchmark for smarter ways of working in modern meeting, event and conference management,” says Henrik, CEO of Event Logic.
To shine a spotlight on those who truly excel, Event Logic presents the Booker of the Year Award – a recognition that honors individuals who make exemplary use of the Event Logic platform to streamline their work and create measurable value for their organizations.
☕️ The story behind the award symbol
Every award deserves a symbol – and for the Booker of the Year Award, we chose a coffee cup pouring out coins. Why? Because coffee (or tea) is more than just a beverage in the world of meetings and conferences. It is often the detail that brings people together, sparks conversation, and plays a small but important role in almost every gathering.
The cup represents this essential part of meeting culture, while the coins symbolize the tangible value that bookers create when they manage meetings, events, and conferences in smarter, more efficient ways. Together, the symbol reflects both the human side of meetings and the measurable impact of great booking work.
🥇🥈🥉 And the nominees are…
When selecting this year’s nominees, we considered a range of factors: the number and variety of bookings they managed throughout the year – from smaller meetings to multi-day conferences – how effectively they used the platform’s full suite of features to optimize their work, and their ability to compare offers and negotiate prices to deliver real value. We also looked at how they acted as ambassadors within their organizations by sharing knowledge and encouraging colleagues to embrace smarter ways of working.
The shortlisted candidates for Booker of the Year 2025 represent a wide range of organizations and booking needs. What they all have in common is a strong ability to combine efficiency with creativity: handling both large and small bookings, securing the best value through smart comparisons, and using the Event Logic platform to its fullest potential. Some have focused on driving consistent volumes of bookings while others have taken on more complex, large-scale projects – but all have demonstrated the true impact of smarter ways of working.
