Gothenburg – December 15, 2025 – Event Logic achieves the highest customer satisfaction in the industry with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 84 in the recently published Swedish Meetings and Conferences Barometer 2026, produced by Nordic Bench, a Nordic market research and consulting company. This is the highest score in the Swedish meetings and conferences sector and a clear proof that digitalization does not threaten personal service, it strengthens it.

From Skepticism to Proof

When Event Logic entered the meetings and conferences industry, the company was met with skepticism. “It’s impossible to digitalize this business,” many said. According to critics, booking conferences and meetings required traditional methods, manual handling, and personal contact, digital tools would only get in the way.
